We are starting our Black Bird edition with this release and we hope that you will enjoy this format. You are going to be hearing it all across the club scene in the near future, we are confident. The edition will be issued once or twice a year on Traum and will show the label logo on the cover in plain black and white. It will pay tribute to some of the great daring trax on Traum, the head turning elctronica, ambientish trax or technonoish tracks. Tracks that mean a lot to us, tracks that are so special that the opposite feeling could just be an revelation as well. The Black Bird edition will cook its own kind of soup, it will pick up the delicious worms and chuck them out in a DJ format.   For the first release we have chosen an artist who is not only a techno producer but also a musician and someone who has always been a great surprise: Roland M. Dill. He is a go-to-guy, a sonically talented producer who can take music to another level. Roland has chosen to remix: Moonbeam's “Tiger” and Ricardo Tobar´s „Mi Pieza Esta Llena De Cosas“ and has turned them into tracks that are seductive as well as super functional. Something that has become a bit of a rare commodity to find the fine balance of both worlds. Amazing sound design, funky and ear catching leads, coupled with sophisticated arrangement these remixes are no modest remixes they are “real glamorous monsters with an attitude“.   As a digital bonus remix Max Cooper provides Ricardo Tobar´s original version of „Mi Pieza Esta Llena De Cosas“ with a "velvet touch". Turning the hard edge and psychedelic harshness into a field of colours and soothing melodies. Again Max Cooper has proven to be a excellent composer. We are sure that all three remixes will be a welcome addition to any DJ’s arsenal!
